Stainless steel submersible pump is a pump product in which the pump is connected to the motor and works underwater at the same time. Compared with the general horizontal pump or vertical sewage pump, the stainless steel submersible pump has obvious characteristics in the following five aspects.
Feature Analysis 1. Compact structure and small footprint. Since the submersible sewage pump works submerged in the liquid, it can be directly installed in the sewage pool, and there is no need to build a special pump room to install the pump and the machine, which can save a lot of land and infrastructure costs. 2. Easy installation and maintenance. Small submersible sewage pumps can be installed by themselves, and large submersible sewage pumps are generally equipped with automatic coupling devices for automatic installation, which is very convenient for installation and maintenance. 3. Long continuous operation time. Because the pump and the motor are coaxial, the shaft of the submersible sewage pump is short, and the rotating parts are light in weight, so the load (radial) on the bearing is relatively small, and the service life is much longer than that of the general pump. 4. There are no problems such as cavitation damage and irrigation and water diversion. Especially the latter point brings great convenience to the operator. 5. Low vibration noise and low temperature rise of the motor.
Precautions: 1. If the stainless steel submersible pump is used to pump thick and viscous slurry, the pump cavity needs to be cleaned to prevent deposits from being left in the pump. 2. Do not hoist the cable or suspend the water pump. 3. When equipped with an automatic coupling device, the length of the guide rail should be determined (the standard length is 3M). 4. Under normal conditions, the oil in the oil chamber should be refilled or replaced every 300 to 500 hours of use to improve the service life of the mechanical seal. After 3000 hours of normal operation of the pump, the pump needs to be disassembled and maintained, and the wearing parts that are not suitable for reuse should be replaced if necessary.
